Except for the opening and closing dates, the SUMCP will operate on the same schedule as the Wake County Public School System traditional calendar, including holiday, teacher workdays, snow days, etc. 

When the public schools open one hour late due to weather conditions, SUMCP will begin at 10:00 am and when the public schools open on a two hour delay SUMCP will begin at 10:30 am.

Schedule changes will be announced for Wake County delays and closures on WRAL (TV5) and WPTF Radio (680 AM).
