El t é rmino “Hispano” deriva de la persona que habla Español, el Español es generalmente la lengua materna de la mayor í a de los Latinos, algunos hablan Inglés, y algunos hablan diversos dialectos indigenas, los latinos de Brasil hablan Portuguez. Es un gran error asumir que todos los latinos Hispanos son similares, La comunidad latina esta conformada por mas de 21 paises diferentes.. Es por ello que observamos una diversidad cultural que es muy rica en tradiciones, variedad de comidas, musica, vestimentas e historia.
